We utilize a water-fed pole system on exterior windows which virtually eliminates the need for ladders. This system uses de-ionized water so there are no harmful chemicals or soaps. This is beneficial to the environment and it will not harm your landscaping.

Exterior window cleaning is $40 an hour with a three-hour minimum and a $50 site fee.  We prefer not to perform interior window cleaning but will make exceptions on a case-by-case basis for those with unreachable windows that require a ladder. 

We also offer gutter cleaning. The cost is $175 for homes up to 3000 square feet. Homes over 3000 square feet will necessitate a personal visit to review the required work.
